You will be purchasing a rooted cutting of Nepenthes ventricosa x boschiana.   But, even though I bought this as such, it appears to be a veitchii hybrid, and a pretty one with large pitchers. These plants are from cuttings that are 2 years old.  The pictures are of this particular species and are representative of the root system and stem.

You will receive 1 plant that will be shipped to you bare-root by Priority Mail.   Shipping for Nepenthes is $15 for Priority Mail delivery regardless of the quantity of plants ordered from my shop.  We ship Mondays and Tuesdays.
