Originating from a wild Colorado locality years ago and since having been propagated in cultivation, this form of Rocky Mountain Iris is a spectacular plant in late spring bloom. Averaging around 2 feet tall when it flowers, the slender falls are a brilliant lavender-blue with white and yellow markings around the base while the standars are a similar, occasionally slightly darker hue. Though I cannot promise, this population did also contain pure white individuals whose genetics may be present among these seeds. The seeds require a 3 month cold stratification in winter, and may take 2-3 stratification cycles before germinating.

Packets contain approx. 20+ seeds.

Seeds are shipped in padded envelopes to avoid damage in transit, via USPS mail (First Class or Priority). US shipping only. As seeds can take time and sometimes special treatments in order to germinate properly, returns cannot be accepted and refunds are not available upon receipt of the seed packets. If a package is lost in transit, please contact as soon as possible.
