Drosera spatulata “Ivan’s 3-Way Australian” seeds

$5.00

Created by the (in?)famous Ivan Snyder, this variable variant of D. spatulata is a cross of 3 localities/varieties: Wentworth Falls x Woronorra River x var. gympiensis. Rosettes are relatively flat an average around 1.5-2 inches in diameter, with evenly tapered wedge-shaped leaves bearing very short petioles, and under good light they can readily turn wine red. Flower stalks bear many traits of var.gympiensis, being held at an angle and fairly short, sometimes hairy, and producing large clustered flowers at the tips. Blooms may turn out a rich pink, or pure white. This is not a dividing, clumping form typically, but seeds can be sown to form a carpet colony.

Packets contain 40+ seeds each. This species requires no special treatment for germination, and grows best in warm, wet, strong light environments.

Seeds are shipped in padded envelopes to avoid damage in transit, via USPS mail. US shipping only. As seeds can take time and sometimes special treatments in order to germinate properly, returns cannot be accepted and refunds are not available upon receipt of the seed packets. If a package is lost in transit, please contact as soon as possible.

1 review for Drosera spatulata “Ivan’s 3-Way Australian” seeds

  1. jaimerz68 (verified owner) –

I purchased these seeds and sowed them on 2/7/24. Shipping was quick and there was a generous amount of seeds. Like the Drosera felix “Tuku Muruku, Gran Sabana” seeds, they didn’t start sprouting until I recently (a month later) placed the sealed container on a heating pad with grow lights. I forgot about the description about it preferring warm environments. They are now sprouting and I can’t wait to see them grow! Would purchase from Carlton Carnivores again!
