Fun, tightly clustered Purpurea to add to your collection! Striking lids with splashes of green and burgundy. The tubes are tightly packed and erect, giving a nice clustered effect. Plant is currently in a 5 inch pot and has multiple growth points. The plant in the picture is the exact plant for sale. Not a division, but the entire plant. I currently ship Plants out on Monday’s and Thursdays, Because I don’t like for plants to sit over the weekend. So please allow a few days before shipping. I ship all plants bare root wrapped in moist paper towel. Due to county regulations, it is illegal for me to ship plants potted. I leave the pitchers on (except during dormancy) and do my best to ship with as little damage as possible. However, I cannot guarantee that the leaves or flowers will arrive undamaged. They are delicate after all. CPR157

You will be purchasing the perennial species Byblis gigantea (typical form).  The mature plant illustrated is 1 year old and actually a hybrid, it is just meant to be a guide for what this plant will resemble once mature.  You will be purchasing a tissue culture plant in sterile media.  It may not have roots.  Please note that the cultures pictured are of this species but you will only get one "tube", not a set of 5.  Wash the media off the plant and pot it up.  I suggest 3:2:1 perlite: sand:peat.  Keep the humidity high while the plant acclimates and keep shaded until it acclimates.  You can divide these prior to potting if you wish to make additional cuttings. Shipping is $12 for Priority Mail delivery regardless of the quantity of plants ordered from my shop.

This is an artistic photograph of a rosette of pitcher plants found in the Mahe Island, Seychelles.   These pitcher plants are found in a tiny patch of land in the island.  There are hundreds of pitchers, but getting a rosette without any dried pitchers took some effort.  I worked on photoshop to remove and smoothen the background to produce an artistic image. A high quality print with an unobtrusive artist signature is available (watermark removed). The item will be shipped within a week to buyer.

You will be purchasing a rooted cutting of Nepenthes thai.  These plants are from cuttings that were struck at the end of December, so they are about 4 months old.  Please, DO NOT buy these if you are expecting a large established plant and if you have little experience with young, rooted cuttings.  I will only ship cuttings that have terminal growth or a lateral bud has begun growth.  The pictures are of this particular species and are representative of the root system and stem. You will receive 1 plant that will be shipped to you bare-root by Priority Mail.   Shipping for Nepenthes is $12 for Priority Mail delivery regardless of the quantity of plants ordered from my shop.

  • Sold By: Brambles Botanicals
A Bramble’s Botanicals-named hybrid of pinguicula agnata "Red Leaf" by pinguicula mesophytica #1, this has by far become one of our favorites for the leaf coloring alone! The plant you will receive will be between 2”-3” in diameter. The leaves of this hybrid sport a bright green center, that fades out into a contrasting dark pinky-red. Fine hairs are apparent and give it a sparkly “peach fuzz” appearance, hence the name. The flower is a light shade of purple that fades out into a darker hue, with a pale yellow throat. We would consider this an intermediate-advanced level plant.
