Very similar to clone A, producing rosettes up to 5 inches in diameter when fully mature that flush with red highlights at the leaf bases up the midvein, and intricately veined flowers with a yellowish center and a dark halo around the mouth of the bloom. However, this one tends toward a somewhat pinker overcast, and more elongate petals.
Available plantlets are 2-2.5" in diameter (last photo is of colony that they will be chosen from under grow lights). Plants are shipped bare-root wrapped in a moist paper towel, via USPS Priority mail; I typically ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend hold-overs. US shipping only. Many plants are grown in high humidity conditions and may require acclimation, unless otherwise noted. If you are expecting weather that may be detrimental to the plants if shipped, please message me upon making your order! Shipping cost includes heat pack or cold pack/insulation as needed for detrimental weather conditions. If there are issues with the plants upon arrival, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt.

A complex cross with a lot of potential, this will be a compact but hopefully vigorous hybrid. Plants aren't mature yet so full size is not yet known, but estimated between 1-1.5 inches in diameter (if even that) with semi-spatula shaped leaves of light olive green with red highlights along their edges and center. Flowers may also be quite variable, likely to inherit the ragged edges and veining of emarginata but may end up more rounded as like rotundiflora or with exaggerated lower lobes of gracilis, or a mix of all three equally. Second and third photos show examples of adults sibling flowers.

Available plants are young and seed-grown, currently ~0.5 inches across.

This is a tiny sundew species from northern South America, very similar to its slightly more common relative D. kaieteurensis but tending to express less hairy flower stalks with fewer blooms. Plants rarely exceed an inch across, the paddle-shaped leaves growing out in a flat rosette that sometimes develops into short stems, and under good light they can turn nearly solid red. Flower stalks are very short, usually under 2 inches tall, the flowers on them nearly as large as the plants themselves and pure white, self-pollinating. Seeds are released from "splash cups" formed by the opening pods, and don't require any special treatment to germinate.
Packets contain approx. 20+ seeds each.
Seeds are shipped in padded envelopes to avoid damage in transit, via USPS mail (First Class or Priority). US shipping only. As seeds can take time and sometimes special treatments in order to germinate properly, returns cannot be accepted and refunds are not available upon receipt of the seed packets. If a package is lost in transit, please contact as soon as possible.

The F1 seeds produced from a plant I crossed myself, the parent to these packets is a massive evergreen form of the species reaching well over 4 inches in diameter with very little stem to speak of. I can't say if the offspring will all demonstrate similar growth, but certainly have the potential for this phenomenal size and evergrowing habit. Packets contain 25-30+ seeds. Originally seed-grown by me, this natural hybrid is a downright weed of a plant when it comes to making basals and loves to turn itself into a bush more than develop any one stem to great lengths. Leaves may reach about 8 inches long, from which pitchers up to 4 inches tall (in my care so far) develop, chunky with heavy red mottling and a slightly scalloped bright to deep red peristome. Upper pitchers are unknown so far. Available plants are rooted cuttings with active growth between 3-7 inches in diameter (though might be up to 10 inches of vine length). This hybrid is robust, spectacular, and a confirmed viable female to boot. Sturdy stems support thick red-flushed leaves (sometimes with ruffled edges) with long petioles, off which come pitchers that can grow to more than a foot tall with a slender cylindric build and creamy yellowish background mottled with sparse red blotches. The peristome is broad, heavily scalloped, and sweeps up the tall neck in a color-changing display; newly opened it will be bright green to cream with light red stripes, aging over time to deep bronze with black cherry to nearly truly black stripes. Upper pitchers are similar but with a more funnel-shape.
Available plants are rooted cuttings either with new growth buds opening up (to about 4" across) or fully active growth up to 12 inches in diameter; last photo is of a current rooted cutting. Plants are shipped bare-root wrapped in a moist paper towel, via USPS Priority mail; I typically ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend hold-overs. US shipping only. Nick-named "Miraville" in-house, this genetically interesting cross between N. mira and N. villosa would be for serious growers only as both parents prefer highland-like (humid with cooler temps) conditions; meaning this hybrid would be no different. With N. mira as the mother in this cross, vibrant warm coloring would be expected for the body. Similarly with N. villosa as the father, it's expected to see a toothier peristome. With both parent plants having a rounder pitcher shape, it's safe to say that this hybrid will as well. We would consider this an advanced level plant. *N. mira parent picture found off a Google search, N. villosa parent picture credit to Chien Lee*

This unique in-house cross #22022 is new to the market, and has a “starfish” like appearance due to the shape of its leaves and the pinkish coloration. The plant you will receive will be between 1”-1.5” in diameter. The leaves of this hybrid are elongated with rounded ends, starting out a bright yellow-green that comes from pinguicula mocetzumae, and colors up a nice pink under high light while keeping its “purple pits” indicative of ‘Faulisi’ regardless. We would consider this to be an intermediate-advanced level plant.

Pinguicula “Scrump” is a currently unknown hybrid that made its way into our collection and has become a fun one to grow. The plant you will receive will be between 1”-1.5” in diameter. The hybrid boasts full, round leaves that stay a neon-chartreuse hue of green. The flower itself is a bright pink with large, rounded top lobes and swooping lower lobes. The name comes from the color scheme, reminding us of Lilo’s voodoo doll, Scrump, in the movie Lilo & Stitch. We would consider this to be a beginner level plant.

Originally grown from seed labeled as "Wilkerson's Red" x 'Adrian Slack', this plant in particular clearly has some minor type influence, making it look something between x moorei and x excellens. Pitchers are stout and grow straight, up to 15 inches or so tall but could get larger, with almost pure green tubes and a slightly domed, frilly lid that's solid bright red sprinkled with white areoles. Flowers often start out bicolor pinkish and red before aging to a solid dark reddish-pink, and sometimes put off a sweet floral odor.

Available divisions are flowering sized. Grown in low humidity outdoors.

One of my weediest and easiest to grow plants, with pitchers up to 20 inches tall colored almost pure green with a smattering of delicate reddish veins within the pitcher interior. If you're growing Sarracenia for the first time, this is a good one to work with, and with oreophila as a parent species it should have a greater cold tolerance than most as well. Flowers are simple yellow things, and while they don't produce much in the way of pollen or seeds, they are produced in profusion for quite a show in spring.

Divisions are one to three growth points on average, flowering size. Grown outdoors in low humidity.

The poster child of the carnivorous plant world, Dionaea muscipula, also known as Venus flytraps, are the fascinating snappy insect-munchers that fantasies are made of. With hinged jaws, digestive enzymes, and the ability to count, flytraps defy common perceptions about plants. The photos feature a clump of my propagation stock of these unique Venus flytraps, you will receive one starter plant with your purchase. Shipped bare root. Venus flytraps are temperate insectivores and originate from the Carolinas where they experience a winter dormancy and spring and summer growth. During winter dormancy, leaves are trimmed back. Come spring, they explode back to life with new trap growth and represent the featured photo.
